Through unilateral authority invested in me by myself, I am enacting this officially binding vote. Based on the evidence in this recent topic -- it is clear something must be done.

I have thus enacted this vote. In conjunction with this vote, I formally appoint the following impartial panel to analyze the results accordingly and take any action to execute their findings:

I'll leave it to the appointed panel to investigate any claims made by DY. Also, the voting hasn't yet completed, so likely DY needs to be sanctioned. I'm thinking something like spending time with AOG and Nietzsche. Perhaps legal counsel (Pro bono) TGD can advise what is cruel and unusual punishment.
