Going out at night alone

Oh, man, did you hear about the plans for June 1st? Chinese netizens have been rallying for everyone to take their kids down to Hong Kong to piss and poop all over Tsim Sha Tsui. That'll show us uppity Hong Kongers and our ridiculous insistence on using toilets rather than the MTR when someone has to drop the kids off at the pool.

Haha yeah, I heard about the calls for a dirty protest. China's netizens are pretty far out.

Oh, to be shocked by children defecating in public. I've seen a granny holding her grandson to piss onto the floor in a shopping mall. I've seen a shit on a subway platform. I've even seen parents letting their kids shit and piss inside the Forbidden City and Summer Palace! Nowadays, if it's out on the street it barely even catches my attention. I mean, I heard about the HK incident and genuinely thought 'they held the kid over a drain, be fair to them'.

I need to move.

Eh, never been a big drinker. A drink on rare occassion, but otherwise, not my thing. So, never really had much of a reason to head to bars alone.

True dat. One of my friends once saw an old man sleeping in a camping chair by the side of a road. The old man had his arms out in front of him, holding his 2/3 yr old grandson under the armpits. The grandson had taken a shit on the granddad's shoes while he slept.
