Depends what you mean by "universally", which means different things to different people.

On a truly universal scale, repeal the Third Law of Thermodynamics. Have a universe where entropy decreases instead of increasing, where creating is easier than destroying, where life is more likely than death.

If you just meant "planetary" instead of just universal, let's make childbirth unfashionable until the human population is down to a reasonable level. Six persons per square mile needs to be the target, at which humans will live like humans, in communities of 20 or 30, not 20 or 30 million, and where there will be plenty of room for other species to flourish.

If you mean just Conquer Club, I would say add life to the dice. Make them bounce across the screen like in Axis and Allies, with sound effects and all that.

There was an episode of the Simpsons where Bart becomes able to make anything he wishes happen merely by thinking it. Conjure up money, turn Homer into a Jack-in-the-box etc. I want that power.

firstly, you have no idea what the outcome of changing, or 'repealing' anything like immutable laws of physics will be, so you can't advocate for it as beneficial. there is absolutely no way to guess at it.

the same could be said of another suggestion - 'abolish all religion', but you can at least have some kind of framework to theorise and articulate the results of that. an argument is possible.

so; 'planetary', if you will.

In theory the communist is perfect, if one were to extract human emotion from the equation. So the only way to implement a perfect system is to get rid of human emotions.

Me banging all your moms and you all calling me daddy while I hit on your sisters. My DNA would benefit any family gene pool.

The most damaging conduct I've seen in this wolrd is parents passing their fears and traumas onto their offspring.

Love is all a kid wants, and parents use this want to program their kids into having their same fears and ideas. By the age of 7 kids are done, They've been programmed to continue to live a fear or group of fears throught their lifes.

If somehow we managed to teach parents to raise open minded, not fearing, loving kids, the world would be completely different.
