If its out of hand and at a point where the suspect HAS to be killed it needs to be like SWAT or something similiar.

Hell nonlethal gun rounds are incredibly effective why are cops carrying 9mm rounds?
Because they can and do kill civilians because they are engaged in criminal activity.

Have you ever been hit full force in the head with a hammer too? If you had, you would know that a hammer is more than sufficient as a deadly weapon.

I agree with your sentiment if not your solution, deadly force should always be a last option, but an option nonetheless, if not for the average criminal, than at least the most extreme and unpredictable situations. If officers were unarmed, then the shooting at the draw Mohammed contest in Texas a couple days ago may have raked up a much higher body count, perhaps it wouldn't have been a great loss, but nonetheless it shows a clear benefit to having an armed force constantly vigilant within a city. If five minutes is the shortest wait, then it's still the best chance you've got.

We should however invest in the most effective and safe technologies we can create, for both sides; heck, if a taser drone could take out a crazed gunman someday, it would not only save more shooters, but more officers too.

It's estimated between 1882 and 1968 approx 4000 African Americans were lynched. According to some here whites r being persecuted by blacks now. Guess during this black on white racism they left the lynching part out.A more Benevolent form of racism no doubt.

Smacked the shit out of him. The store clerk,called police, on the mom. She was later arrested at her house for child abuse. Caught on camera. Remember when we didn't need the government raising our kids. The good old days.

Remember the good old days when husbands could beat the shit out of their wife's and not get arrested for it , when parents cod send their kids to school with huge whelps and handprints on their face and nothing was said about it,when the Kkk could murder people and blow up churches and the juries would not convict.. ........sigh man those were the days.

What's really stupid is that the American people are not being enslaved by grenade launchers, but rather by Wal-Mart. Banning corporations would do more to help lower class blacks than anything Obama would or could ever propose.
