Canada is fighting a losing battle trying to keep its navy afloat with second-hand parts from Ebay.

Newly released government records show that navy mechanics in Halifax had to scour the internet and use eBay to find parts for one of its two supply ships.

Minus the Dudley Do-Right, there are actually quite a few such shops, so if you can survive the heartbreak of being un-Dudlied, you can indulge your fantasy. Just don't call it Canadian Bacon. In Canada it's called Back Bacon. The term "Canadian Bacon" is a bizarre American term, since the product in question is eaten all over the world and has been since long before Canada was discovered.
