Occasionally, I'll take a gander out the window over the side garden and feast my eyes upon the plethora of glorious creatures gracefully gliding through the air as if they were angels descending from heaven to bestow upon us mere mortals the softest of silks and the finest of fruits, gifts from God, his girth of gratuitousness, only then to realize that simple beauty bequeaths a peacefulness purposely portrayed as a sinful extravagance only to be obtained by the enlightened elite, forever forbidden to the miserable masses and held as a higher standard by which to measure our mortality. Although perhaps I just smoked too much pot.
