Time, being something that can take a very long time, and humanity, hopefully not destroying itself before it happens, many things are possible.

Now I'm assuming you are talking about "abiogenesis" - the original evolution of life or living organisms from inorganic or inanimate substances.

Humans already have the ability to create life. Didn't they teach biology at your school?

I don't recall learning about abiogenesis in biology school. (It's probably a branch of organic chemistry which would be covered at the college level, but whatever.)

Making life when you already have life is pretty simple actually and isn't making life at all.
