You don't have to have British citizenship to vote in British national government elections

As a citizen of Canada, you would be entitled to vote in British elections were you to come and live in the UK.

The British should look at their own laws before they blame europe for their migration numbers.

I highly doubt many of those who migrate to the UK do so because they heard they'd be allowed to vote in British elections. It's far more likely to be for the weather.
