The captain has 'm replaced and continues to sail the seas. The ship is still called the Arianne. A couple of years down the line all pieces of the ship were replaced at least once. The logical question thus begs: is it still the same ship? People still call it 'the Arianne'.

What if you took all the original rotten parts and rebuilt the ship?

Which dictionary are you using for that definition? There are multiple different definitions of "unmarried", some of which dont count divorced as unmarried. Unmarried can be defined as "never married".

Im using the one in which the legal definition of being "married" as recognized by the state. If you've had a marriage ceremony and are recognized as "married" by the state and the community around you as being married by law, there is no ambiguity here. If you get divorced in the eyes of teh state you are no longer married, and can remarry. Its that simple. You either Are Married or you are not.
