Chile verde? Chilequiles? Chorizo and eggs? Ceviche? Menudo? Any of the mole sauces? Tacos with delicious meats? Cilantro? Enchiladas? Tamales? Pretty much anything with salsa verde or things derived from tomatilloes (which by themselves are delicious) It's hard to screw up dishes with rice and beans.
Mexican food is by far my favorite.

I'd heard ketchup, but it sounded pretty different from what we'd call ketchup.
Pizza though? That's from Italy surely- the original margherita was from Naples I think.
Has anyone tried non-tomato ketchup? I've seen mushroom ketchup around, but not tried it.

Im pretty sure i read it same place i read about the ketchup but as the ketchup it was not quite the same (i could be wrong and i can admit that)
Mushroom ketchup just sounds nasty and i like shrooms magical or not
