Based on the chat, unfolding of the game (things such as illogical border defense and other tactical oddities) and the proximity of time between turns taken of those 2 players, it appears they are either the same gamer or there is secret diplomacy going on. I have never filed any reports before, but this one seems to be a cause for concern.

any updates on this? not trying to be pushy or anything, just not sure how long the whole process is supposed to take

Once a mod is looking into it you'll see their name or initials in brackets in the thread title like (ES), (SN) or (TG). It's possible they're looking into it and haven't added that I guess. From doing a quick scan of the games they've played together via the link I posted, you can see they've played together a few times but only one of them has won, so I don't think it's likely they're helping each other. Probably just a bad player.

If green had enough troops to defend his borders then blue and yellow were dishing it out in Western Europe and Mahgreb, it doesn't look like there was a secret diplomacy here. It was only your own choices on who to assault or what to go after. When green finally eliminated yellow, blue was also eliminated on the following round. Green already grew strong to hardly even need someone to assist him.
