CC technical glitch : no points award on rated game

I attached the following CC support response:

"Hi narutoserigala,

I see that you were not able to get any points from game 20329176 which is unfortunate.
However, we are unable to manually award points at this point. I am terribly sorry for
this."

For what it was worth (or not), as compensation, I was given 30 credits to my account instead.

Referring to the above game, has anyone else encountered similar problem where no point was awarded on a rated game before and how did CC resolve it with you ?

auto tourney it happened to me KA solved it with credits ... not that he needed to i was just suprised

I disagree. It's not a bug report as it's already been dealt with. It is to do with CC, so it's in this sub-forum on merit.
