Two years ago after my stroke the physiotherapists worked me hard. I was up to planking for five minutes.
Kept it up for a couple months after I got out of the hospital, but like all things, if there's nobody standing there yelling at you, the motivation soon fades. Two years down the road and I'm not sure if I could plank for twenty seconds.
