um - I EXCEEDED the CDC recommendations so I'm not sure how I've been selfish

After I started to feel unwell I isolated pending the outcome of an FDA approved test. That was negative. Even though I didn't have to, I then continued to isolate pending the outcome of a second test. That test was also negative.

Only at that point did I leave isolation and begin spreading the virus for a few days before I took a third test which was positive. I then re isolated for the recommended five days.

If you want to blame someone, blame Biden's FDA for authorizing ineffective tests.
