Should the EU stabilize Libya?

Infighting has shut down the El Sharara oil field, Libya's largest oil field, on 18 April 2022 stopping exports. Europe needs lots of oil - even going so far as to ask Israel for it.

Europe broke Libya so it should pay for stabilizing it, but shouldn't actually do it.

Saif al-Islam is the only man who can stabilize Libya. He must be given all power. Uncage the Lion of Africa!
