Neonlony and wei - Multis? [Busted]

These are suspected Multis

Suspect users: Neonlony and wei

Game number: for example http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=560305

Comments: I was reading someone's negative feedback and went to investigate. Neonlony has only ever won games when wei was playing. They are both from Thailand, joined about the same time, and wei has only ever attacked Neonlony a total of 3 times and never in their 1v1 games.
