I think that Trump really wants a Nobel Peace Prize; his ego wants it BAD, imo. BUT the hostages are not yet actually freed. I will believe it when I see it. I am not sure any, many, or ALL will be released as called for with the current Truce. There was a very recent report that Hamas does not know where all 28 bodies of dead Israelis are located. The Peace is not yet secured. What we have at this point is a Good Start.

AND: Gaza = Resort? Hardly likely. Get Real.

There is NOT going to be investments until there is LASTING peace in the region.The warfare and destruction in Gaza will not attract investors. And where will some of the 2 million residents GO if some of that land is developed?

And look at what happened in nearby Lebanon. Destruction of what was a developed area makes it NOW OFF-Limits to travelers:

Civil unrest and political tension – the political situation in Lebanon is unpredictable and there are frequent demonstrations and conflicts. These can be violent and cause roads to be blocked.
Terrorism – attacks could happen anywhere, including places visited by foreigners.

For a conservative US President to get a Nobel Peace Prize from the liberals that control the Nobel Committee would require MORE that just peace between Hamas and Israel, imo. In addition, ending the War between Ukaine and Russia may help win Trump the Nobel Peace Prize.

And Just announced: Trump did not get the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize.

That all said, Trump has gotten more done on ALL things, including Peace, in 9 months than Biden did in Four YEARS. For that matter, Trump got done MORE in the first 2 months than Biden did in 4 years.
