We've got our first kick return for a touchdown with Jesuit taking back the opening kickoff for a quick 7-0 lead over Tigard in Week 2.

Beaverton kicks 3 field goals to get past Grant 16-7 in a season-opening result that saw numerous long-play maps, including Texan Wars that hit the 20-round limit.

Got through a bunch of maps today...will do so again Sunday, most Week 2 games updated through about the halfway point.

Sherwood scores a 23-17 win over North Medford in the first overtime game of the season. Still one Week 1 game wrapping up, and I'll try to get Week 2s into finals here shortly, while getting Week 3 tabulations started.

Also in Week 2, Barlow scores a 27-19 win over Canby. Bruins QB went 14-for-23 for 195 yards and a touchdown -- a 62-yard touchdown strike to WR2 to push Barlow into the lead early in the second half.

Franklin's defense keeps North Medford out of the end zone until the final minutes of the game to take a 24-13 win. RB1 gains 53 yards and scores twice, while WR1 had six catches for 83 yards for the Lightning.

Another Week 2 Final. Summit comes back to beat Bend with three second-half touchdowns.

The Lava Bears put up a pair of early field goals, but Summit grabbed the lead shortly before halftime on a short TD pass to their tight end.

Summit's RB2 finished with 7 carries for 47 yards and a touchdown, but it was the Storm's defense that stole the show. The Storm came up with 4 sacks, an interception and eight tackles behind the line of scrimmage. Bend was just 1-for-11 (.091) on third down.

Jesuit's QB goes 13-for-18 for 126 yards and three touchdowns as the Crusaders score a 30-0 shutout win over Tigard.

Lakeridge scores four second half touchdowns to beat Franklin 38-17 in the last of the Game 1 matches to go final. Pacers QB finished 13 for 17 passing for 192 yards with WR2 doing most of the damage with five catches for 118 yards, highlighted by a 91-yard scoring strike in the third quarter.

Central Catholic and Sherwood are locked up in a good one in Week 2 with the Bowmen sitting on a 1st-and-goal with a chance to make it a one score game once again. Lots of offense and big plays in this one.

Grant High gets into the win column with a back-and-forth 23-20 win over South Salem.

The Generals raced out to an early 16-0 lead before the Saxons put together a two-minute drill to put a field goal on the board as the first-half expired.

South Salem won six maps in a row during the middle stages of the game and held a 20-16 lead after booting another field goal early in the fourth quarter.

Grant put on a comeback by winning the final three maps with WR2 hauling in the winning 17-yard touchdown pass with seven minutes left. After making a defensive stop, the Generals picked up a pair of first downs and were able to run out the clock.

We've got Gresham and Polk battling to the final horn in Week 2.

The Gophers lead 23-17 and just crossed midfield attempting to run out the clock with less than two minutes on the clock. But Polk still has two timeouts and is trying to get the ball back.
