Comments: Check out the Taiwan to Philippines situation. Why wouldn't Taiwan take the Philippines? Asked for clarification and got none. Asked if others found it suspect and got silence. Please advise.

imo it doesnt look suspicious. red is obviously in a very weak position. he probably doesnt want to damage someone elses chance to win when he himself probably cannot win. and why should he break the oceania bonus when africa and europe are held by other players?

The whole game is now strange with two major players in the game deadbeating at the same time. I seem to have benefited but the whole thing smells dodgey to me.
