I think know everything except it's name.

You are a tagger wanting to make a name for yourself.

Being a tagger it is your very nature to spraypaint stuff. Sometimes it's not enough just to tag something that's standing still so, for example, you tag a subway car. Of course said subway car is moving while you tag it.

This game had no hype and got tossed aside in the bargin bins.

Was I close? I saw a random demo of a game like that once. Thought I'd give it a shot.
