I am ready to accept EMPIRE's surrender and acceptance of loss in this war due to the cheating ways of mkcummins. Best of luck to you folks in CC3.

I do not think anybody did. Well done so far Empire.

Anyone who knows the old adage expect the opposite of what bruce predicts in a war would have seen this happening...

Not to mention that I was as well a ways back, I cant believe it has been over a year since then.

The Brethren would like to apologize to TOFU for exhausting them in the previous round. As a token of our good faith, would like to offer every member of TOFU a few recipes and marinades for steaks. Am hoping TOFU can bounce back, scratch that. I know TOFU can bounce back, rubbery and tasteless granted, resilient most definitely.

Nobody would have ever predicted TOFU down 16-4, and if you think that you are not seeing clearly.

Awesome prediction! If EMPIRE lives up to it, not only will their reputation soar, but that of Lubawski as prognosticator will as well. They'd need to win 25-16 of the remaining 41.

The mathlete has spoken. I imagine that was easier than your algorithm for the rankings. ;)

Game 9359091 and Game 9359081 go to EMPIRE.

Iron Maid is on holidays until 25th, so it may be a little while before the OP is updated.

No worries. There looks to be quite a few games finishing up over the next couple days. He'll have plenty of work to catch up on and distract him from Round 3. :D

He is back home, started his PC on Wednesday. Memory check was sucessful yesterday, today windows starts to load, expected date of finishing is sunday evening. Monday morning he will try tos tart firefox, first log in expected on tuesday. You know, Windows sometimes needs more time than you believe, but we are pretty sure in one week his sytem will be full back in action. In case Dako feels his pain and buys him a new PC, he will be here tonight.

All true except that CoF doesn't run firefox. He plays at that standard without Bob et al

That's preposterous! Playing w/o BOB et al would be like partying naked. It's something I do all the time, but I never have any great success.

Brilliant analogy. You're such a good writer, you should write a book or something :P

I avoided BOB for a long time, and i made General without BOB. Since i added BOB, success seems to have stopped, i felt down to Colonel. I seriously believe that you play more carful without BOB. But it´s more time consuming. I got lazy, so i started to use it. But BOB only saves you some time counting stuff, it doesn´t give you any advantage you couldn´t have without using BOB.
So using BOB or not is just a question of how much time you want to put in each game. You get a better overview if you play without BOB, because you spent more time looking at the board, checking the options and you understand stuff like the bonus system, you don´t simply check by BOB if you have a bonus or not.
