It is conclusive. Day 1 lynches are always better. There should be a rule that a day 1 no-lynch means all town loses their powers for night 1, and so on until they pull their head out of their butt and lynch.

Thanks. Then there is probably never a good time to vote NO LYNCH. Just my guess since information increases every day, D! is the day you have the least info.
