How long should we wait for the opposing team to join before we declare a No-show?

yes, i will do so if it happens, and so you all know this is not a knock-out tournament, its a "most win" one. "most win" means that the team that wins 2 out of 3 games will move on. also the losing teams will fight for the right to play the winning team.
