BUT, what any intelligent person knows, is that capitalism, market-liberalism and socialism will always be flawed

How? Because you add into the equation human nature.

Human nature will corrupt any perfect plan, so my way of thinking is instead of worrying about these political ideaologies and systems, lets just root out the biggest benefactors of fraud and corruption, create a system whereby this cannot happen, then allow a free regulated market, that in essence rewards hard work, but cushions decent people in times of crisis.

Anyone who chooses the benefits system as a lifestyle choice will be sterilised.

It's not even about money. Communism is belief that your life isn't your own reponsibility but instead responsibility of society. Thus, you don't have to work hard on bettering yourself and earning the things you want. Instead you are dicuraged from bettering yourself because a) all the man are eaqual (according to Communism.) and b) you are prevented from benefiting from working more or better.

As for this "better beings" who, according to the communists, could make it work, they already exist and a called cows.

That's just it, it isn't practical. But IN A PERFECT WORLD, no one would ever try to take advantage of the system, and everyone would take care of each other in a big display of human coexistence.

And equating Mao with Marxist communism might get you into some trouble in the wrong parts of town

b) For communism to work, the would have to be no humans on the PERFECT WORLD. Because humans are individuals.

Actually, a world in which comunism worked wouldn't be a very nice one, a bit stepford wives as everyone would have to be exactly the same as each other and never wanting more out of life. It would be pretty boring.
