You guys are idiots. I'm no Bush fan, but c'mon. "two days later" there was an earthquake, exactly where they predicted? Hey! Maybe it's not America causing scheduled earthquakes, but the Japanese with some way of PREDITING these earthquakes... It just doesn't add up. That guys story has to many hole in it for me to believe.

I don't get the sarcasm. It seems unwarrented. Even the Chinese admit that they have been spreading Silver-Nitrate into clouds since the 80's. To make it rain. The British have been up to it for a while too. Only, what the CIA is looking for, is a way to create tornados and hurricanes and such. It does seem far-feched but they ADMIT it.
I don't see why this isn't a serious issue?

It's stupid red tape like this that is driving our economy and country into the ground. Now when space based weapons are the way of the future, We'll be helpless against the idiots of the future.
As for the admittion that we "have" an earthquake machine, maybe it's a scare tactic claim, but I can't see it going far beyond that. I can think of many ways to use micro waves more effectivly, like baking a country into the worlds largest hot pocket. Pluss, the physics he claims behind it are all wrong. I'll be right back with an example...

What do you mean Red Tape? I won't forget that Mr. Kucinich has a really good voting record against a powerful government. And I don't think frying a country is a viable option due to climate, and powersource concerns? Plus, it is deteactable. Invisable weapons, like viruses, are the wave of the future.

Plasma is a not a ball of energy. Energy is a wave, it cannot be made in a ball. Plasma is energized gas.
HAARP is NOT pointed to the ground. I assume your tangent on the earthquake is the guy with the piano metaphor. He is talking about the effects of shooting this thing straight into the ground, not into the sky. Shooting it into the sky is not the same as shooting it into the tectonic plate that Japan is on inorder to cause Tsunamis. IF the machine were aimed at the ground as it would need to be to cause an earthquake, it would cause the quakes in Greenland and Alaska, not, once again, near Japan. The HAARP machines are land based, as seen in the video, so they wouldn't be moving to Japan.
In conclusion, this guy is just another loon theorizing all this crap. I really wonder where you guys come up with this stuff.

"red tape" is often used to refer to the miscellaneous laws that get in the way of necessary activities. E.G. A town needs a new hospital built, however, some stupid congressman has decided that all hospitals have to be able to hold 500 patients. The town population is somewhere around 350, and they can't afford a hospital with 500 beds. This 500 bed law is the red tape which they must get around. Got it now?

Once again, I am not saying that I agree. Just that the ADMISSIONS are there. And most believers of the EARTHQUAKE, and WEATHER WEAPON devices, think that they are actually on the space station. So moving them around isn't the real problem.
And I was saying that it isn't red tape. the bill came on the heels of Donald Rumsfeld saying that we have been working on tectonic weapons. It was in response to this speech.

I can't agree with you more over our current invasion fiasco, but the American government has seen a window of opportunity I believe, in which--coupled with technology--they can subjugate most of the world and bring about a one world government. What you don't understand is that the government could not just take all our rights away in one fell swoop back in the 50's, 60's, 70's, because people would never have allowed it, so they gradually take a little bit away here and then a little away there, and then they leave it be. This let's the next generation get used to not having those particular rights. Then the government does it again. They are doing it right now with the handgun issue to be decided on in June.
To speed up the process we were taken into a never ending war on terrorism, in which everyone around you could potentially be a terrorist...what a load of crap! I mean old ladies getting stripped searched? My mom visited me in our small town, and when she went into the small town airport (maybe ten people max in the airport--all white Mid Western people, NOT Middle Eastern!) they pulled her out of line and made her take her shirt off behind a black screen. She was so upset over the whole deal. WHY? This is why...because that is an infringement of LIBERTY! It has nothing to do with protecting us from terrorists.
I am saying, just be prepared for more violent earthquakes and weather occurrences; because as the other nations drift off into descent against the United States, she will use her secret super weapons against them to curb any mutinous actions.

Yeah, I am not being verey clear. Mr. Kucinich said that these weapons would have to be space-born himself. Though I don't know exacly where he got the idea from. But armed with the knowlege that the 'Star Wars' program was alive again at NASA, I think he felt that he had to do something. Even if it doesn't stop the development of tectonic weapons, it stop their being used legally. I am not privy to any of his congressional insider information.
And also, I thought that Plasma referred to a collection of particles, like gas. So essentially, the collection could be blown, like smoke? Or maybe made to follow a laser?
But yeah. I don't think the weapons exist. Just a cohesive idea.
And I saw his speech on c-span. He has talked about it twice. But I'll have infowars e-mail it to me for you.
