-As I read the map, Mission Launch should also be able to bombard the enemy silos, but they aren't listed in the XML
-And I'm not sure about this. Should the Mission Launch also be able to bombard the enemy Missile Launch? If they are, then also these are missing in the XML

Thanks Forza for catching that.

OK here is the Update
1) Missile Launch can now bombard enemy Missile Silo territories
2) Missile Launch CANNOT attack or Bombard enemy Missile Launch. Basically the Missile Launch is representative of the missile in the air ready to kill. Use em' or Lose em' because the territory resets to 15 neutrals at each turn.

XML:

Thanks again Forza

I wonder how long it'll take for a game to have two players each only hold the missile launches.

strategic missing of turns here we come.

Assuming you didn't change anything else then the fixes I mentioned the XML should be OK now.

well the first one to go after that will lose. Since missile launches reset, they lose their armies and then the game.

Plus the only way this would really happen is in a freestyle game where both players got the bonus and were killing each other, and they managed to kill every territory on the map. If that happens, make sure you don't end your turn. As long as you were the player to start your turn last, you should win.

NOPE. Nothing else changed. I need my XML stamp please.

I'm just saying it'd be the best strategy to try to make sure your opponent goes first. That means either ending your turn last if possible or missing turns on purpose to see if your opponent takes a turn. Might as well try it right? If you start your turn you lose anyway.

I'm not sure I like that quirk, but it'll only happen very rarely.

Not really. If you start your turn first you attack and kill their bonus so they don't get the +50. Then you continue to destroy their other areas.

The only way the scenario you are describing would happen is if two players start their turns at virtually the same time and they both have bonuses and both of them receive those bonuses before the other has time to attack. then both of those players would need to kill every other territory of the other player in 1 turn. That would be hard to do even with all of those armies.

again it may happen but if the players are truley trying to win and not just "break" the map, this will not ever happen.

sorry for not reading everything, but i'm not sure if this has been asked...
does the missile launch count as part of the missile? because if it does, then it would be impossible to get the +50 because the missile launch resets at the beginning of your turn.
again, sorry, but the map looks great! can't wait to play on it!

You answered your own question. C'mon, give the foundry some credit, it's not like this map made it all this way with a fundamental design flaw. :D

to quench (third-person singular simple present quenches, present participle quenching, simple past and past participle quenched)

1. To satisfy, especially an actual or figurative thirst.

The library quenched her thirst for knowledge.

2. To extinguish or put out (as a fire or light.)C.

Then the MacManus went down. The sudden quench of the white light was how I knew it. -- Saul Bellow

3. To cool rapidly by dipping into a bath of coolant, as a blacksmith quenching hot iron.

The swordsmith quenched the sword in an oil bath so that it wouldn't shatter.

4. To declare that a Conquer Club map has passed all requirements of the map development processes and is ready to be posted for live play.

The foundry foreman, Andy Dufresne, needs to quench this map. It has passed all of the foundry requirements and people really want to play it.
