Funny thing...some time back when we put a thread up congratulating people on achieving Major, it was locked so that GD was not littered with congrats threads for any stupid idiot who had managed to crawl up the rockface to something as low as a Captain even...I wonder if the admin of the site will lock this, for if not can we now expect this kind of shitty stupid thread cluttering up GD? (rhetorical question for those of you who feel a rush of air over the tops of your heads)

Mind you, I wouldn't be surprised if it was left, after all we have nothing more than a bunch of second rate wankers running around as admin these days....ah yes of course, that would explain why threads like these are now appearing, it's all part of the new dumb down to the lowest common denominator culture we now 'enjoy' at cc.

getting to major is nothing. its shamelessly easy. until you reach around 2300 points, there is no real obstacle so i really dont see why would people be congratulate on it...

however, being a kid, as colton is, and getting to officer IS something. he was a cook, completely clueless and without any chance to get over 700 points... i guess he learned from SoC and achieve something. surely he isnt the best player on site, but at least he have some idea how to play a game...

or to sum up. being arrogant asshole and getting to 2K is nothing. being a kid and getting to 1600 is something.
