48 players (Reserves Welcomed. If I get 8 reserves before the Tournament begins, the 8 reserves will be entered into the Tournament.)
Freebies are welcomed: Tournament requires space to have up to or more than 2 games at once.
8 divisions with 6 players each
Round robin within division, with 1 home & 1 away game against each opponent. (TOTAL: 240 GAMES) Victory between round 1-8 = 3 points; round 9-16 = 2 points; 17+ = 1 point; loss = 0 points. Forfeits = 3 points for the winner; 0 points for the loser.
Top 3 players in each division advance to bracket play, with each division champ getting a first round bye.
Highest Seed will play Lowest Seed, and each Round will be reshuffled, so Highest Seed Remaining plays Lowest Seed Remaining.
Players must select a home map, Spoils, Deployment, Foggy or Sunny, and Reinforcements. If not chosen within 72 hours after PM notification, the following settings will be chosen: Random Map, Auto, Flat, Chained, Sunny.
All Round robin games are Sequential, and will be played on players map(1 home – 1 away).
All Bracket games are Foggy & Sequential and will rotate higher seed map, then lower seed map, and the deciding game will be played on a Random Map. (ie. Best of 3 – H,A,R; Best of 5 – H,A,H,A,R; Best of 7 – H,A,H,A,H,A,R)[H = Home, A = Away, R = Random]
YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO JOIN GAMES ONCE POSTED OR YOU FORFEIT (FEW EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE ONLY IF I RECEIVE A PM PRIOR TO THE TIME CLOCK EXPIRING. THE 2 FREEBIES PARTICIPATING WILL BE ALLOWED AN EXTENSION THROUGH THE ROUND ROBIN GAMES ONLY, AND PLEASE SEND A PM TO YOUR OPPONENT AND MYSELF, TO MAKE US AWARE YOU INTEND TO COMPETE, OTHERWISE A FORFEIT WILL BE ISSUED.). IF YOU JOIN THE WRONG GAME YOU FORFEIT. THE PASSWORD FOR EACH GAME WILL BE THE DIVISION NAME YOU ARE IN(ie. Asian, European, African, etc.). TO HELP ELIMINATE THE WRONG GAME FROM BEING ENTERED, I HAVE CREATED A LIST FOR YOU TO SEE YOUR OWN GAMES THROUGH A DROP BOX. JUST SIMPLY JOIN THE GAME LISTED UNDER YOUR NAME.

danfrank, Yes notifications will be sent once tournament is initialized and round robin games begin. Also, your games will be listed in the Games portion of the initial posting, to better keep record.
