Havent been on CC for awhile. Does anyone know what "nuclear" spoils is and what it does? I'd just likie to kn ow before i give it a go

ok easy way to say it when you cash them in it destroys all troups on that region making it 1 neutral

From our Instructions page:

Nuclear groups are not worth any troops. Instead, each region in the group is nuked to a single neutral troop (even if you own it!).

So beware when cashing in your nuclear spoils!
