if you suspect two or more accounts are multi's please check if the accounts you are accusing are at least from the same country. It's a lot faster then writing a report. just saying. P.S this is coming from the stupid kid here. if I can do this, then so can you. :/

It's very easy to make your flag change. I just do a quick search for games involving both suspected players. It's rare for multis to use their accounts to give another account points, though of course it happens. That's usually secret diplomacy. Most multis are because they want a fresh start or something similar.
