Comments: Rico424 sent me a mail in inbox that asked to me to don't attack him...for this he primised that he will not attack me too....I reply to Rico424 that I don't like this secret alliance...and for this reason I leave this post with the mail that he sent me:

I have had this happen to me a few times, and I turned down the alliance, and mentioned it in the game chat, so everyone knew what was going on.
In one game the guy proposed secret alliances with every player, and got shot down as a result.
It really makes me wonder, how often people do this and get away with it.

well, not very often. and anyways, if you can't hide it, then it's kind of obvious... two people defending each other and not attacking...
