Speed Games - Autorefresh

Autorefresh - Turn it off
    I don't know if this is really a suggestion or a bug, its kinda both:) I was wondering if there is anyway to have it as an option to turn off the autorefresh?

Reason
The autorefresh is killing my (wireless) internet connection and is actually causing me to loose games. If there was an option one could click to turn it off it would be very helpful.

that or using java or somrthing for like a smooth refresh(if we use java for refresh maby we could do it for all games)
