In this thread we will post songs (please include a link to a place where we may all listen to it) that make up a great soundtrack for conducting an assault in the game.
To start, here is my newest favorite song to play when rolling the assault cubes:
The Prodigy - Omen(yes, it's a simple tune, but I love that line, "the writing's on the wall", as it signifies -- to me -- the impending doom of my opponents)
I fully expect this thread to be spammed way up with
Ride of the Valkyries. And to that, I can only say:

Songs that have randomly played and pumped me up?
White Rabbit!!!!
So Cold-Breaking Benjamin
Bad Moon Rising-Creedance Clearwater Revival
Goodbye to Romance-Ozzy
(it made me laugh cause I was attacking my friend)
Not For You-Pearl Jam
"This is not for you!!!"
Edgecrusher-Fear Factory
Gimme Danger-Monster Magnet
"Gotta give me danger, die a little later, I swear you're gonna feel my hand!"
Start me Up-Rolling Stones
Song 2-Blur (though they prolly have better selections for assult)
I can't think of anything new... Dropkick Murpheys or anything... but then, I havne't slept for days.
Beat it?
"Thus spoke Zatharusa"
And what was that Foxtrot featured in "Apocalypse Now?"
I luv this thread. Mr. Pimpdave loves his musics.

The Trooper, or Number of the Beast by Iron Maiden.
# is only for the chorus "6,6,6 (which I hope I roll) the number of the beast"
The Trooper "you take my life but I'll take yours too, you fire a musket but I'll run you through, and when your waiting for that next attack, better stand there's no turning back. "
I also like Metallica's Seek and destroy and White Stripes 7 nation army. As for any music made in the last 4 years.....I can't say I can list any!

The Last Train by The Movies.
I attempted to include a link, but googling on that gives stuff about a Movie called "The Last Train". If the Movies had not been before the internet era, they'd have given themselves a name that was less ambiguous to google.

Ministry - N.W.O. I believe the term "new world order" is self-explanatory with respect to CC.

The following Metallica:
'Whiplash'
'Battery'
'My Apocalypse'
'St. Anger' (yes, I know, but when you're angry...)
'Wasting My Hate'
And the following from Iron Maiden:
'Two Minutes To Midnight'
'Remember Tomorrow'
'Revelations'
'Number Of The Beast'
'The Trooper'
'Run To The Hills' (run for your lives!)
And 'Aenima' by Tool.
It has been rumoured that just by listening to the above songs while being logged into Conquer, you automatically win every game...

W.K.'s coming to Clark in a month. Epic partying will ensue.
And I've said it before - the
only pump-up song is the National Anthem of the Soviet Union.
