I think you would have to weight this with all the games a user has played. If they had 80 games where they kept the truce, but 3 where they had to break it because situations changed they should not have something on their record for that. I was not really commenting on the bad luck of the dice, in the end it all really does average out.

What I was commenting on is that it was MEXICO attacking the US. Kinda like they are doing now with the flood of illegal aliens. And it was interesting that the US stomped Mexico in the CC battle ...

Change the way speed time limit is used.

Well the point of a speed game is to make people move fast, but honestly for a big move there simply is not enough time. Increasing the amount of time will allow for people to move slower, so there has to be a solution to this, and I KNOW what is it!
