I think he is talking about Game 15380416. He had 6 on Mexico City and deployed another 6, but couldn't take out 3 on Havana, about a 0.41% chance for me to survive.

That's the point, I'm not sure they're the same person, but they play ALL the games together and Potter has already been punished. So it seems to me that they're multis.

Here is a link to the earlier thread. There was no mention of them being multis in the earlier thread, just secret diplomacy. That doesn't mean the hunter didn't check it, but that it wasn't mentioned.

Current situation doesn't look like there is anything suspicious between any players. Green has a 9 and 12 against blue's borders and then another 10 and 12 on the opposite side while blue has a 10 against green's borders. There doesn't seem to be any wall post exchanges between the accused.

No, I get that a lot as well. Usually when I am ending reinforcements, but a few times during attacks as well. It's annoying, but I can live with it because I don't play speed games or freestyle.
