Three more points:

- liked the suggestion re posting number of times someone is on 'foes list' - that tells me much about whether or not I want to play with someone...

- written response offers a better opportunity for behaviour modification. Given the many different countries and cultures players ...

I really miss reading written feedback - i want to know what someone thinks and why the left the 'ranking' they did. I think we're all intelligent to know who just had one bad day/game versus someone who chronically plays like an ass. Also, before I enjoyed reading positive feedback - good to know ...
