Re: Freestyle strategy - hold bonuses w/o defending
its freestyle that sucks...eh is broken, not the tool. I have seen very fast internet users with manual controls though.. not truly the speed of the same player with clickies, but certainly faster then one per 2 seconds. On the other hand, give me clickies and i still would be 1 attack per 2 ...

Re: General Advise Wanted
Leaving 2's is much less viable when you're on adjacent forts because you hold nearly zero power on the board to make moves.
At the same time, now by leaving 2's everywhere, you do realize that pink is much more likely to choose to attack one of your 2's instead if you had left a 1? You're ...

Re: Offer a draw
I hate stalemates.
Can we have an "offer draw" button?
Any player still in the game has the right to offer a draw.
If all other players still in the game accept the offer, the games is over, victory points are calculated based on who has been knocked out/left in, and are shared equally (or weighted ...

Re: Egypt's Revolution
I'm sure Israel is shitting their pants right now at the prospect of someone other than Mubarak being next door and ordered Obama to get things under control. Will Obama use U.S. drones to get rid of Mubarak opponents, like he does in Pakistan, I wonder?
No, I do not write for Reuters in my ...

Re: Egypt's Revolution
If the perpetuity of Israel's existence is tied to the U.S. it may be time for them to come up with a Plan B . A State that can't exist of its own devices isn't a State.
What about other States which are in a similar situation, such as South Korea, Taiwan, etc? There are (and always have been ...

I never understood why they didn't just ask a delay setting for clickable maps. Something like after taking a territory, there's an automatic at least 2 second delay before you can conquer another territory. Still probably faster than using drop downs, and keeps the convenience factor.

If you're good and you abuse clicky maps you can win around 25% of your games.

Re: what do i have to do to get my dice to attack
Oh, you can't attack 17 vs 6, there's a bug in CC scripts that actually read it as 17 vs 60. So if you took him out to 3 you actually got some really, really good dice. Be thankful.

Re: points
2nd place is worthless in the game. you either win, or you don't. 2nd place can almost always be decided by who gets first place (aka, leave one territory left, then kill the other player, then kill the single territory).

Re: Flat rate game and diplomacy
Alliances are stupid. Two players, assuming no fog, should be well aware when it is or isn't beneficial enough to attack your opponent, depending on how the game is unfolding. While you might experience some peace of mind, it is unnecessary, and is a shallow way to win a game at best. Otherwise, why ...

OP, concerning your example, how is it any different than someone in this fog game who is playing and building up troops elsewhere, then suddenly attacks you and merely uses their already existing troops to reinforce?

Re: why are multi's allowed to remain on C.C.?
I don't get it, it's obvious that this site is here to make money, why wouldn't they let multis rebuy. I've never understood why there's so many people who don't understand that concept. I'm fairly sure the amount of revenue lost from people who don't rebuy premium because multis are allowed to ...

No one really cares about your dilemma.
But hey, I responded, so I guess that can't entirely be true.

Re: Airplane Seats by Weight
Given an airplanes travel costs are directly related to the amount of weight they must carry, should the cost to the passenger reflect that? IE a 100 pound young lady pays far less than 350lb fat man.
It doesn't cost the same to fly a fat person as a little person. Maybe a flat fee for the seat ...

Re: The "2 Troops" tactic
Description:Whenever you conquer a territory, you move 2 troops into that territory (to make it less confusing, it means that there are now 2 troops in TOTAL in that territory). This is often done because the defender can do more potential damage (with 2 dice rather than 1 die) to any attacker.

I'm fairly confident Utafar is a Catholic trying to cover up. Personally, I tend to believe they are humans, although I can understand why people think otherwise. I'm kinda tolerant in that area... definitely controversial though.
