Re: Coffee Conquest

Sounds like this idea garnered little interest. Consider this idea abandoned (but without the draft stamp, per the Abandoned Maps Policy).

Re: Coffee Conquest

If I were to go with that idea, I might as well add in a graph of the historical price of tea in China .

If it needs stating: click the link for what I suspect would be the common reaction to adding in these extra parts, despite the narrative connection. I'd consider naming this "Caffeine Conquest ...

Re: Resign Button

So in fog games when round is 10th or more if the button appears the you will know the opponent has double troops? Good one there.

This concern has been voiced before.
But it's only for 1vs1 and poly, thus I don't see how the information that your opponent has twice more troops than you will be ...

Thanks for the challenge, but as normal for this type of thing*, some of the clues were technically wrong or not usable.

*Not a fault of you specifically. Rather, it has been my experience that almost everyone who tries putting together a puzzle like this runs into this problem unless they are ...

Re: SEPTEMBER 2016 - Smiley Challenge

I wonder if the silver condition as stated is incorrect. It says "finish", not "win", but games I have finished and not won recently have not gotten me silver tokens. Presumably games started before the challenge are not valid for tokens, but in games started during the challenge where the winner ...

Re: SEPTEMBER 2016 - Smiley Challenge

As pointed out in PM, "above numbers" is vague. There are numbers in the facts, but are the dates included? The "2016" from the post title? The post time (which varies depending on time zone of who's looking)?

Back in 1919, during Romania's invasion of Transylvania while the Hungarian Army was officially disarmed, one of said army's former officers - a count by heredity, not that he cared much for the title - was puttering around his mansion when there was a commotion outside. When he went to see what was ...

Two for the price of one! (Because they're kind of half-jokes.)

What does it take for a Major to get promoted? A colonel of strategy.

Why don't zombies attack player armies? Because Conquer Club zombies are too busy "attacking" the lands they're on: even if the terrain is meat or abstract thoughts, they can farm it. They're all about the graaains.
