I had 0 seconds to take my turn. I keep getting this. I log on frequently, perhaps twice a day, and yet find missed turns popping up all the time.
Whats going on?

A guy in my game was "kicked for violating the rules".

How can someone violate the rules? Do they hack the rolling system or something?
