In team games especially large scale 4 verses 4 games many times the bonuses never really come into play that much as the areas are shared by team mates. Currently team mates will not activate bonuses for other team mates.

Tell the guy who was having the problems with it on his cell phone that the problem is dust inside matrix... he needs to carfully open the back and clean the connections with a tooth brush and Listerine then carefully reassembling. That should fix his problem....
