When I'm in the forum, and I follow the link to a different forum thread, it opens that thread in a nested forum, duplicating the bar on the left, and preventing scrolling. See the attachment.

I do find that the CL amount of games is high. It used to be 8 games home, we went to 12. Which means the total went from 16 to 24.

If you do not like the Dice, try a different game, like Chess. That way you can blame all losses on your own bad moves (or how good your opponent is) and not how the Dice work.

Truces are informal agreements, not officially part of the site, and are not automatically enforced. What exactly are you changing?
