Ok..sometimes the forum tab is there if I am in "my games". But if I have clicked and am on my profile it is never there. If I click on another player and I am on there wall, the "forum" button is never there. This is my iPad with the latest operating system.

Not great for mobile either. I use an iPad mostly and it is pretty bad. The left navigation sidebar disappears when you go into a map and you have to try and scroll over to find tiny icons to click and navigate in the top right.
