I'd argue that not everyone in a game joined randomly. You have the person that created it and the last person, whom some would say intentionally chose their spots.

Personally I don't mind what the order ends up. No matter who takes the first turn there is inevitbaly going to be a wait.

How about being able to randomize the order before starting?

Maybe the dice complaints should be made directly to random.org. I think that Lack has done a marvelous job with the site so far. The thought of leaving the site for something that Lack has very little control of seems a little petty, especially for a service that is (currently) free.

Hmmmmm, what happens when you don't have any points. Is the point system set up so there is a minimum amount of points you can have? I'd hate for the point calculator to have to divide by zero. With how often I lose I may be the ...

I think that there should be some benefit from being 2nd/3rd place and all the way down.

A couple of not well thought out ideas:

The point based system that is set up now, but instead of the winner taking points from everyone you only take points from people you conquer and award bonus points ...
