I think you should be able to give your ally territories, though. Nothing is more frustrating that losing like, 6-7 guys trying to take a 1-army territory from your ally.

Jim is correct. If you're paying with a credit card you do not need to have a PayPal account. However if you're having it debit your bank account you do need to have an account set up.

Only way I'd think they'd be ok in playing any standard games if they do team games would be to play private games with maybe friends. That's what we do.
