this is NOT a horrible map, I just find it rather visually difficult, the red color in the background + the crowded map make it difficult to see.

It is a bad idea, in a simple sense. It doesn't matter what penalties you put on it, because it can ALWAYS be abused. Someone can create a multi, make 4 games, surrender them all to their main account, never get back on, person gets easy points, rinse and repeat.
