I agree that my view of a map is directly correlated to how many times I have won or lost on it. I seem to do well on British Isles, Classic and Middle Earth but cannot win for love or money on Europe or USA. Hopefully there will be a reversal of fortune on the bracket tournament

I thought i was the only one who noticed =p

I'm sure (or i think i'm sure) that back when i started over half of the games were people playing with themselves. now 95% of the games are people playing in groups. I guess they just can't bear to be alone.

Thats the risk of three player games, if you really wanted to you could pretty much choose who wins out of your opponents.

If its no cards, then about 25 percent ... but since i mostly play with cards, I'd say 60%. And if i lose two attack with 6 i think "uh oh". If i lose again attacking with 4 then i get very unhappy.

Oh, in team games I feel safer if i get unlucky on the first turn... and I just absoulutly hate ...

I've always thought there were safeguards against starting out with continents (with the exception of 3 player 2.1). Maybe i've just never got that lucky i guess.

Eh you play freestyle when you have a lot of time on your hands to constantly moniter your opponents actions... erm.. i usually play 3 sequentials and 1 freestyle just so i don't have to wait for EVERYONE to finish.

Yup, wait a day or two... i want to try the alexander map... =) Trying to do a real tiem game but you know how those things can mess up.
