Replacement Center
This maybe isnt a great idea but i think it could help. It seems that nobody wants to be a replacement in my WW2 game, so maybe we can make a place where a person can say if they are interested in beconig a replacement for any game, and then the maker of each game can just choose certain players for their open slots.
