Grey Company [competitive] [recruiting]
OK, i'm starting a new clan. It's going to be called "Grey Company" from Lord of the Rings. The Grey Company was a group of about 30 rangers of the north who came to Aragorn's aid during the War of the Ring. They wore primarily grey, and looked rather grim. I want it to be a smallish, prefferably elite, battle clan where its members can share strategies, team up for team games, converse about whatever, and even join tournaments/challenges if you guys want.
"Guidelines"
-Good sportsman
-Team player
-not a member of any other competitive clan ( preffered, but not required)
-no cooks, maybe cadets and privates. I have been known to make exceptions. The higher the rank the better, of course.
-Willing to participate in group discussions
-Active CC member (almost never dead beats, rarely misses turns)
-good strategist, loves using deceptive/confusing strategies.
-obeys CC rules (i.e. no secret alliances, etc.)
I think that's it, post reply or pm if interested

We are and are looking for serious players who want to improve their game and rank. we enjoy doing team games and intra-clan tournaments, and hope to be involved with the clan wars once we have more members. Also, if you are interested, pm myself or gdeangel, and we will play a game with you (on a team) or against you, in order to weed out deadbeats. Basically, it's your chance to give us a good first impression.

I might be interested... I've got to play some against you guys first though - see what kind of "stratagists" we've got here....
and I should come out and say it from the start - I don't particular like LOTR since they went and made those god-awful movies.... however, the grey rangers are obscure enough - I like that they and sort of typify the fact that people below the "king","A-list stars" in our culture basically get no respect...
(Yeah, I ramble on a lot - so if you don't like it, you probably don't want me in your clan thing...)
