Ok, just to be safe, I'm going to unvote. I am going to work. Please don't lynch LV until I get back. That will be later tonight, ~9 hours. Is that allowable? I just don't want to lynch the guy if he isn't who sam_levi_11 claims him to be.

The mystery around the man being accused was enough to put him on the spot, no one knew much about him so they decided to ambush him while he was away, the police knew they couldn't afford any more casualties, as much of the town was in riot, so the moment the great detective L walked into the room the opened fire, killing him without defense.
