Payment decline

Hi, i want to get a premium membership but i always get a message payment decline. i`m from Croatia and i don`t know what to put in state/prvince, because we don`t have that!!! i put name of country or town but always the same answer.
please help :!:

Paypal may not allow payments from Croatia. Can you find a credit card to use and just pay directly that way, without using paypal? I just checked, and credit card payments are accepted from Croatia.

What credit card did you use? Only Visa and Master Card (not Maestro) are supported.

Ask the folks in Master Card, they'll probably know. There is bunch of Europeans with Premiums here, so there has to be a way. :wink:

If you can't figure it out, please fill out an eticket and CC's Billing Department (i.e. Lack) will look at it. Sorry for the hassle.

If NOTHING works and IF you have a trustworthy friend that plays around here, you could get him to buy you a premium GIFT CERTIFICATE and give it to you, which will give you premium access.
Its up to you if you pay him back or not but I strongly suggest you do!! lol :-p

Actually - Maestro is the "childs" version of Mastercard... it's the card they give you if you're too much of a risk to have a proper credit card...

Visa has an equivalent too - it's called Electron.
